Senior, Pre-Sales
You will act as a technical resource and liaison between the sales team, customer and professional services team.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and conducting Cloud Conversion presentation with Sales.
- Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex business problem.
- Act as a technical resource and liaison between the sales team, customer and professional service team.
- Understand customer needs, translate them into the conversion process and into JEEVES.
- Designing & implementing custom solutions based on customer requirements.
- Act as a liaison with Professional Services to describe the solution sold (handover)
- Conduct customer webinars.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Knowledge of JEEVES as project manager, consultant or presales would be a plus.
- Strong communicator with good customer facing skills, able to interact effectively at all levels within customer organisations.
- Strong presentation skills and comfortable presenting in large audiences.
- Strong ability to listen and empathy.
- Knowledge of business process and practices in the requisite functional area.
- The ability to think creatively about business processes, map customer practices onto JEEVES, and to deliver effective solutions.
- The ability to work to deadlines, understanding the value and importance of milestone achievement.
